Therapy for the full complexity of who you are

I work with people who have complicated lives. Whatever brings someone in (substances, identity, trauma, relationships) I try to meet it with genuine curiosity and compassion, including the self-compassion that's often hardest to find. My approach draws on relational psychoanalytic theory, somatic and mindfulness-based work, and harm reduction. I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in Connecticut and New York, and licensed psilocybin facilitation in Colorado.
