Organizational Consulting

I provide consultation to psychotherapy practices, clinics, psychedelic service organizations, harm reduction organizations, and professional training programs developing or refining psychedelic-related clinical and educational services.

My work focuses particularly on translating complex clinical ideas into practical frameworks, programs, training materials, and participant-facing resources without reducing psychedelic care to a rigid protocol.

Consultation may include:

  • Clinical program development

  • Psychedelic preparation and integration models

  • Harm reduction-informed service design

  • Training and curriculum development

  • Clinician and facilitator education

  • Participant preparation and integration materials

  • Review of clinical protocols and educational content

  • Addiction-focused psychedelic programming

  • Staff consultation and case-based learning

  • Ethical and scope-of-practice considerations

My perspective is informed by psychotherapy, trauma treatment, harm reduction, addiction treatment, clinical education, and extensive experience supporting people in altered states.

I am particularly interested in projects where organizations are trying to bridge the gap between an appealing conceptual model and what practitioners actually need in order to work thoughtfully, relationally, and safely.
